Don’t bother asking for a supervisor or manager because they will NEVER waste their time calling you back, instead, you are wasting your time calling to resolve an issue with multiple different employees.”
“Don’t use it under any circumstances. I submitted a request thinking I was going directly through my healthcare system. I immediately realized and wrote several emails within the hour to cancel the request and I contacted the health care system I went through. I received confirmation within 12 hours of sending the email to me that my request was successfully canceled. Weeks later I received medical records in the mail.”

We requested medical records from a hospital from a law office for an accident, provided the date, and they sent us medical records from a year later that had nothing to do with the accident date. Called and nobody knows anything. Do they even have a computer system? A way to track records? They are totally incompetent.”

“Seven to days to get medical records emailed is a ridiculous amount of time needed to fill a medical records request, then to send me a delay notification with no expected delivery date is absurd. Is the 1970? are we thumbing through hundreds of files in a basement and dropping it into the snail mail post office? Canceling doc appointment again due to no medical records!!!!!!”

I’ve called 5 times and am still waiting for an answer. And forget about getting a call back from the supervisor. I’ve been waiting 4 days for that too. I really wish Northwell would get a new provider because this is ridiculous”

Sent an e-mail to customer service, which promised to get back “the next business day.” 3 business days later, I’m still waiting. Called customer service – 45 minutes later and I’m still on hold.”
“On top of already waiting several weeks for medical records, we still have to contact them and provide our email to get a link to download records….. no time frame on when the link will be sent. Download option should be linked already with the access code. Prolonging receipt of records some more.”
