“Sent me a completely different patient’s information (violating HIPAA) and then after MULTIPLE calls I finally got an agent who just kept repeatedly talking over me and couldn’t hear me when I was saying the invoice and name of a completely different patient. Absolutely terrible service and rude employees and wouldn’t trust them with any patient information as they completely violated HIPAA law.”
