“The rep that I was talking to about medical records put me on hold for 15 min every time she needs to look something up. I had a question and she had the balls to say “Ma’am I’ve been on the line with you for 45 minutes.” I’ve been on hold for an hour and 30??! You’re the one with access to your system, not me.”
