Don’t use under any circumstances. I submitted a request thinking I was going directly through my healthcare system. I immediately realized and wrote several emails within the hour to cancel the request and I contacted the health care system I went through. I received confirmation within 12 hours of sending the email to me that my request was successfully canceled. Weeks later I received medical records in the mail. I’m sure a bill will follow.

This company is horrible!! I have to constantly follow up on records request well after 30 days and I am told “The Request is Processing”…. Don’t bother asking for a supervisor or manager because they will NEVER waste their time calling you back, instead you are wasting your time calling to resolve an issues with multiple different employees.

Terrible company, been trying for 3 months to get my records sent and every time I call it is something new. They have now canceled my request 2 times by “error”. The supervisor will not even get on the phone with you to help sort out the situation. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The rep that I was talking to about medical records put me on hold for 15 min every time she needs to look something up. I had a question and she had the balls to to say “Ma’am I’ve been on the line with you for 45 minutes.” I’ve been on hold for an hour and 30??! You’re the one with access to your system, not me.

Can’t help but agree here with the negative reviews. Calling takes hours from your day; emailing gets you absolutely nowhere. I’m not sure how this company is still in business.

Incompetent and totally unresponsive. I filed a request and was supposed to get a tracking number. It never arrived. Sent an e-mail to customer service, which promised to get back “the next business day.” 3 business days later, I’m still waiting. Called customer service – 45 minutes later and I’m still on hold.

The people that work for this company are rude and incompetent. Every time I’ve spoken to someone new I’ve gotten a different answer on why my request for my records was denied. I’ve called 5 times and am still waiting for an answer. And forget about getting a call back from the supervisor. I’ve been waiting 4 days for that too. I really wish Northwell would get a new provider because this is ridiculous

Seven to days to get medical records emailed is a ridiculous amount of time needed to fill a medical records request, then to send me a delay notification with no expected delivery date is absurd. Is the 1970? are we thumbing through hundreds of files in a basement and dropping it into the snail mail post office? Canceling doc appointment again due to no medical records!!!!!!
