Audit Forgiveness activates when your organization receives a surge in request volume due to government or insurance audits. When this happens, you won’t be charged for exceeding your allotted task count.
Fax Volume protects your organization from unexpected costs when your queue is busier than usual. Your rate won’t change unless you exceed your monthly task count 3 times in a year or twice in a row.
