“The people that work for this company are rude and incompetent. Every time I’ve spoken to someone new I’ve gotten a different answer on why my request for my records was denied. I’ve called 5 times and am still waiting for an answer. And forget about getting a call back from the supervisor. I’ve been waiting 4 days for that too. I really wish Northwell would get a new provider because this is ridiculous”
