“This company is horrible!! I have to constantly follow up on records requests well after 30 days and I am told “The Request is Processing”…. Don’t bother asking for a supervisor or manager because they will NEVER waste their time calling you back, instead, you are wasting your time calling to resolve an issue with multiple different employees.”
