“How in the world does a company like this get any contract at all? We requested medical records from a hospital from a law office for an accident, provided the date, and they sent us medical records from a year later that had nothing to do with the accident date. Called and nobody knows anything. Do they even have a computer system? A way to track records? They are totally incompetent.”
