“Incompetent and totally unresponsive. I filed a request and was supposed to get a tracking number. It never arrived. Sent an e-mail to customer service, which promised to get back “the next business day.” 3 business days later, I’m still waiting. Called customer service – 45 minutes later and I’m still on hold.”
