Rachel Otfinoski

Rachel has been in the healthcare industry for well over six years with a focus of patient care in large hospitals to administrative and technology implementation. Graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology (Pediatrics), Rachel worked in clinical settings alongside terminally ill children and their families in the Boston, MA area.

After finding a passion in the acceleration of technology to improve patient care and experience, she pivoted over to a large EHR company, and traveling all over the US implementing software in large hospital systems. Rachel quickly found a niche in client success and understanding some of the biggest challenges healthcare faces in technology.

With a strong foundation in human behavior, she has carved out a successful career in client relations and management, holding a few different leadership positions within the Release of Information space. Rachel has since settled down in Atlanta, GA where she now serves as the Director of Client Success at ChartRequest focused on nurturing partnerships, managing implementations, client growth and happiness.
